One thing this thread is missing is bow types. I just recently bought a used Darton Maverick CP6 on eBay. I hear it's a great starter bow, but I'm not quite sure since it's not a Hoyt or Mathews.

Happy Father's day to all the fathers. I'm from SW Louisiana, and have been around TD a while, but not as long as most.

I browse the OB occasionally and have picked up some great info. I plan on dropping in more frequently, and will do so with respect. I just wanted to post an semi-intro before I got started.
