Just picked up a 500 foreman from brookhaven on wednesday. I saved $1200 (after winch) compared to Lafayette area dealers. Easy 2.5 hour drive. I tried to get lafayette dealers to down and the guy just said "have fun going pick it up"

It was Southside Honda in Lafayette. I told him I had a qoute for much cheaper and before i could finish he said "From Brookhaven?" I said yes. He said "Yeah, have fun going pick it up" I said "Really? You can't even come down a little?" He said "No, I'm in the business of making money, Brookhaven is not" And pretty much hung up. I was pissed. Will never do business there. Especially since they quoted me $1200 more for the exact same bike.

frick those pieces of shite. worst service, worst deals, and worst customer service in lafayette. they are universally blasted by everyone, even other honda dealerships. how they stay open is beyond me. frick those pieces of shite

I can believe that shite. Good people in Lafayette are few and hard to come by. The entire town is filled with pompous arse holes.

Trailer was bought a few weeks ago from Blanchards in Houma.
I don't understand how the local Honda dealers around here stay in business either bc they are all horrible. I guess they have just enough local people that don't shop around to keep them busy.

I had a similar experience with Friendly back in 2007 when I bought my rancher. Friendly wanted $1000 more for the bike than Great River Honda in Natchez wanted. Pretty much told me to get fricked when I asked them to work with me. So I drove up to Natchez bought the bike, made an evening hunt in Woodville on the way back home and shot a nice buck.

Do the 2014 AT models come with the IRS

Technically yes they have a 2014 AT but it's just like the 2013 model and has IRS. The new 2014 comes in auto but has straight shaft fully sealed rear end.
