Need snake ID

Snake is still alive and around somewhere. I am a leave and let be kind of guy if it's a non venomous snake. Eats rodents and shite right. The girlfriend is a little freaked out though for the dogs sake. Whatcha think?

Thanks for replies. Serious question: if for whatever reason you get bit by this supposed rat snake, go to ER? Or just throw some mud on it and move on? Google is not my friend on this issue

It has very fine teeth and will just scratch the skin but there are bacteria issues so just clean it good. Getting it to bite would be a task. They will strike but not necessarily bite

Even huge rat snakes barely break the skin and their bites don't hurt at all. Rub dirt on it.
