Anyone have any experience with this boat, either good or bad? I appreciate any information.

Looks very nice. I'd personally look for a 2-4 yr old used 24' bay boat with more hp for that price.

Father in Law and I purchased one last year. Been very impressed with it. Plenty of storage. Thought the 150hp Yam may be a little under powered, but not the case. Great ride & fuel economy. I like fishing the "skinny waters" in the marsh. No problem going where I like to fish.

Nice boat, well made well layed out. Might be a bit small for runs out the islands/rigs but should perform great in marsh, lakes and bays. And gas aint getting any cheaper.........

Can't tell what the exact draft is. Depends on your idea of loaded I guess. We are normally fishing 3 people and I have had no problems trolling in 2.5 ft of water.

What types of fuel burn numbers and speeds are you getting with the F150?

I was looking at these boats just recently. Well made boat with lots of storage. The only problem with the 2200 sport is that it is way to under powered with the 150 on the back even though I was told it's the exact same hull as the 2200 Tournament model.
Talk to the guys at Texas Marine in Beaumont. They told me they could get the sport models reclassified so you can put a 200 on the back of it.

Nice looking boat but wonder why for something that size maximum HP is only 150. At least a 200 would be so much better for that size. Curious as to why they don't list the draft. Would assume its probably around 14". Would definitely look for a used one a year or two old lightly used with bigger motor for comparisons. There are a bunch if good deals out there right now.

I have the 2110 with the F150, really like this boat for it's size and price range. The new 22ft "sport" looks like it's got a few more add-ons that the other 22ft versions have like the extra storage in front, cast-net storage, in-gunnel rod holders, etc.

I can get 52-53 mph (GPS) under a light load but it'll do upper 40's all day long with a heavy load, trimmed out. I'd figure the 22 sport can't be much heavier than the 21

Cruising on our 22 is around 35 mph. Top end is 45. Quick enough for me. But as was mentioned, fuel isnt getting any cheaper. My father in law really did his research on this rig. Met one of the owners at a boat show, invited him to the factory in Miss. I believe they told him the 150 gave them the best performance on the boat. He did tell him the 150 four stroke was one of the most dependable motors Yamaha has produced.

Yamaha just released an in-line 4 cylinder F200. If I go this route, I might try to get it with that extra HP as I not only fish Louisiana but also fish the Destin Pass area (near shore cobia fishing).

Those that have been through that pass when the tide is going out know that it can be quite turbulent and that extra HP might be an advantage when figting said outgoing tide with a north wind headed into the pass.

They got rid of the 1910 bay?

NM I see it they are just running a special on those other boats on the main page.

Depends on your needs I guess. For what we use it for, happy with the economy & power.

I have a 2009, 1910 Nautic Star with a 115 Yammy. Love it, great boat. It's perfect for us, I bought it used last fall.I missed out on a couple 2110's.

What did you pay for it? Im looking to buy a boat in the next year or two and looking hard at the NS 1910 or 2110. Seems like prices are all over the place for the same setups.

This motor is exactly what these smaller (lighter) bay boats need. LINK
My 2110 is rated for a 200 but considering the huge weight difference between the F150 (inline 4) and the old F200 (V6), you see very few with that 200 on them. The new 200 is much like the current F150 and should give you the extra power without so many extra pounds on the transom. I'd have to agree that if the 2220 "sport" is really the same size as the "tournement" edition, i'd have a hard time going with the 150 on it.
