This was just already prepared food that just needed to be thrown in the oven. As far as steak selection, I prefer Preston St. Meat Market

What???? The store in Mansura, he makes the best stuffed pork tenderloins in the parish. Creme cheese, boudin, onion, bell pepper, and cream cheese all wrapped in bacon.
