it is only for certain areas , not the whole state, your title leads one to think it was the whole state, and it has been discussed here several times. I think the above poster would just like you to give a little more info in your title

Yeah, some people back there had their entire cabin/trailers washed away. They had to get everything out.

I'm just hoping cave_caven or whatever his name is will use this thread to finally post pics of those 22 130"+ bucks he talked about.
