Doesn't appear injured.

Molting?

Having babies?

Is it under some sort of cover or just laying out in the open?

usually a snake will make a kill and then curl up for days while digesting it

Then it's either dead, or soon to be. Assuming it isn't "in the open" inside a barn or something.

I had a king snake not move for a day in my backyard before when I was a kid.

I captured it and was holding it to show my neighbor. It moved of a sudden and I dropped it.

It regurgitated 2 baby cottonmouths.....which started slithering off. 1/4 digested.
Turned into a horror show.

My neighbor threw up and then went crazy. Got a shotgun and started blasting his own driveway.

It was awesome.

So, if alive. Your snake might just be digesting a meal.
