You can cut and weld tgat dog parka to fit right with neoprene cement

Thanks for the heads up. I'll look into it. That vest has some structure to it on the underside so I'm not sure how customizable I could make it, but it is worth looking into.

I would be very careful putting the dog out in an ill fitting vest, the right object get in there, without hands to pull it out, could be tough on a dog.

I saw one have an issue with a lead on once, it wasn't pretty. Dog drowned prior to getting out to it. I am probably wrong, but I would be careful.

Duly noted. As I mentioned, the vest fits just a tad large. For some reason in the picture I posted it looks like it fits worse than it really does, and she has filled out more since last year. Added another 4ish pounds.
