This guy leases and subleases a crawfish farm owned by locals. He lives in Texas. I got a feeling he's full of shite and they might want to know about it.

ETA: But don't expect any action in your favor. The land owner likely has a lease in place with the lessor that would not allow him to do anything to help you. However, if it goes well, he might be able to help you find a place.
