The 23 is a .40s&w, not .45acp. Your 38 shares the same frame as the 9mm/.40s&w/357sig. So any of those caliber's slides (of appropriate length) should at least fit on the 38's frame.

It definitely shoots bullets. Bullet is the projectile that is in the cartridge.....fanboi
