That doesn't surprise me at all. I honestly don't ever remember seeing 10mm at Academy. I've been getting factory ammo for the 10mm at Sportsman's Warehouse.
Either way, it takes people like you buying the 10mm to make the Academy's realize they need to be carrying it. It may even be worth mentioning to the hunting department manager so he can pass it on.

The ones in Slidell and Covington used to carry the CCI Blazer brand and usually had a good bit in stock. When the ammo crisis first hit after Sandy Hook I was able to walk in and buy all I wanted. About a year ago I went in and not only do they not carry it anymore, they don't even have it in their system to be able to order it.

More people that buy the 10mm's the more likely they are to put it back on the shelves. It's quite the niche caliber. They are too busy making money on the other rounds to have this one take up shelf space apparently.

I've been making some fine rounds for $16/50 rds. Make 100, shoot 100, lather, rinse, repeat.

Was able to get out y-day and shoot it some. It was actually terrible. Pretty much every round was a FTE so it was basically a single shot. I was pretty dejected.
Got it home and cleaned it up really good and left the slide locked back all night.
Took it today and it was flawless.

When's the last time u tried to get it there? That's the store that told me it's no longer in their system. Counter guy searched 3 different sku #s and all came back discontinued.
