Just had two yearlings under my stand. They kept watching me, so I couldn't draw back.

Ditch that runs between 2 three yr old clear cuts.
This location I'm in is amazing, I swear every deer on our lease uses this little valley to cross.
Seen 9 this morning, one really nice 3 yr old 8 that I passed in bow season. It was tough.
No doubt he'll be 150 next year.

Back in the stand

Didn't realize there was a mini hurricane coming through today. Hopefully it will calm down before dark. This has been the worst season I've ever had. The wife told me to hunt tomorrow (never happens) and I am debating it (never happens).

And right when I hit submit, three damn dogs come sprinting through my plot. One had a collar for sure.

Killed a doe about 40 minutes ago, waiting on a stud and keeping a close eye on the buzzard pacing around my deer.
