Seems to me that we would need to what the rate of fire of a semi auto firearm is.
This was obviously written by someone that is clearly very ignorant about firearms.

Very simple. Looks like that's a complete rifle. 10 seconds and youre in business. Match up the upper & lower, pop the pins in.

If you buy an upper and a lower already assembled you literally align 2 holes and snap 2 pins into place.

I hope not as even threaded barrels on pistols will be classified as an assault weapon. Kinda hard to mount a suppressor on a non threaded barrel.
