I need a new filet knife for reds.

I have the blue and white mister twister and I don't know what it is but it's never worked well. I used to use an electric knife that you use for carving turkeys with a similar blade that far out performed this mister twister. It feels like it's full but it's been like that since day one. What would you recommend?

We use about a 12 inch serrated blade to make the first cut behind the gills down to the bone, then a straight blade to run it down the back from the initial cut to the tail. Then it's just filet from top fins to to the belly. Pretty easy.

Only comment about about the sawzall method....
I have seen first hand a guy cut a finger off and of one other that had a similar experience. The motor on a sawzall doesn't play make sure you use a glove the saw can't go through.
That being said they are the tits for reds
