I think they should be more strict on what can and can't be bought without a license.

Take the test and pay the $25 for three years, Buy what you want. Read over the booklet for 30 minutes and most will pass the test.

2,4 D is restricted in some places in LA because it is susceptible to drift, and detrimental to cotton. But yeah, the test isn't that hard and then you can buy what you want.

Yeah, that's what I read. I have the link to the article somewhere, will try to post it.

The thing is, there hasn't been any cotton grown in Evangeline Parish in years. Kinda funny considering Ville Platte is the home of the Cotton Festival.

Agreed. I don't get it.

What's even weirder is that I live on LA 104. If I lived 150 feet further south, I could buy what I want.

Salt actually does work extremely well but nothing will grow after that. Hire labor for the day.
