What is the story on this place? Was invited on a hunt later this season but may not be able to attend. The website looks spectacular.

Looks like a great experience and I'm sure it's a fun time. I'd go if invited, but wouldn't pay an arse ton to shoot the amount of spoonbills and ring necks they shoot

The lodge is as fine as anywhere you could want to go.

The hunting can be phenomenal. It can also be not so much. I see plenty of Ringnecks and Shovelers killed, but they also shoot lots of teal, as well as everything else. It'll be gentleman's hunting. The setting is great, food will be very good.

Great place. I grew up near and hunt it a few times a year. Drew Keeth is one of my best friends and they treat you right. Check out their show on the Pursuit Channel, The Honey Brake Experience.

Looks like they've been shooting a lot of green lately.

How long has it been called that? What was there before the current operation?

Honey Brake has always been called Honey Brake. Since the late 60's its also been a part of Louisiana Delta Plantation.

The only place I have ever paid to hunt ducks, and the only place I will ever pay to hunt ducks, is McCallum's in Stuttgart. It is the best flooded green tree hunting on planet earth.
