Gold -N-Guns in Gonzales I picked up a Ruger Sp101 .357 mag. for $375.00 in brand new condition. I thought that was a pretty good deal.

Walked into Davis Pawn in Baker one day for the hell of it. They had a 3" model 65 Ladysmith that they were asking $450. It was almost closing time and I offered $375 cash and he took it. Gun was in excellent condition and easily worth $600.

You aren't looking hard enough or not going at the right time of year.

Benelli nova 2 3/4 - 3 1/2" pump 12 gauge $200.00 (2) Remington super mag 2 3/4-3 1/2" pump 12 gauge 225.00 each. I love going to the pawn shop. I bought a few other guns also but those I mention looked like they just came out the box

Y'all do realize they expect you to bargain and not pay straight sticker price, right?

Got an 870 express magnum for $150 out the door. It was an older model with the tighter guts. The action was a little gummy on the pump and the choke tube was "stuck" - both of which I knew were easy fixes and it just needed a cleaning. That gun has killed LOTS of birds for me since. I think they had it listed at $199 and I just offered them $150 cash and they took it.

years ago when the H&R crack barrels were $60 brand new, I bought a 12 ga. for $15 in the pawn shop. Somebody missed it. The gun looked like it had never been shot before.

Yes. Befriend the owner, visit a lot, buy some stuff, let them be your FFL on some internet sales. I became friends with a pawn shop owner and bought more than an armful from him at really good prices. I'd let him know what Imwanted and he'd call at times with my interest in mind!

Every gun I own, with the exception of ones that I have inherited, have come from a pawn shop.

Found a sprinfield 1911 in a shop like 5 or 6 years ago and paid $400 for it. Was a commander sized gun. I sold it to get some stupid shite and wish I would have kept it.

i use gold n' guns for all my transfers, mark is a great guy. from now on though i'm using him for new firearm purchases too...he did a fantastic deal for me on a new glock a few weeks ago, $50 less than i could find it anywhere else. i think as long as lipsey's has it, he can order anything.

so as long as you know what you want, it's a great deal and super easy.
