Going on Thursday through Sunday look is like the wind is gonna be blowing 20-30 Se. Don't look like much fishing but definitely some cooking and drinking. But would love to wet the lines. Any suggestions. TIA

Got back Sunday....find clean water, don't waste too much time at one spot, caught some big trout behind Grand Isle on the rocks....majority of the numbers caught at the regular spots...

We fished Timbalier this past weekend and did pretty well

Fished Saturday and caught 50 nice trout averaging around 18inches. Ended up being a beautiful day. The fish are there, we just need the wind to cooperate more to clean that water up
They are calling for 20-30mph wind....

Hmm I been fishing the usual spots haven't caught much out there been catching them further in.

I've fished quite a bit last 5-6 weeks and majority of our fish were caught more in too

I'll be arriving May 29th in the PM when everyone else is heading off the island. Be there all week.

Rumor has it that they smoked them off of elmers on Saturday and this morning. I'd post the pics but it's just a rumor
