I am considering booking a hunt on Giles Island. Any feedback on this place would be appreciated.

I'll tie one up for you to shoot for half the price. You got a crossbow?

Nice place. Fancy amenities. Great food. BIG bucks...

It's still hunting though and there's no guarantee you'll kill.

My dad is a hardcore bow hunter and goes every year, if that tells you anything.

They have no more gun spots available for 2013-2014 season

they called me Friday to let me know that

they do have some bow spots left......$2350 for three days

Good Luck

I'm pretty sure Giles isn't high fenced, I may be wrong though.

I've hunted it 6 or so times. Great place. Good lodging. Really good food. Great guides. Big bucks and lots of them. Good duck hunting when the rivers high as well. I shot a 152 inch buck one evening and the next morning shot a 5 man limit of mallards.

looks like a really neat place. I just can't figure out how they bowhunt it. How can you sit there with a guide telling you yea or nay on each buck, have time to stand, draw and shoot, and still not get busted?
