4 bass 6 crappie yesterday. Stained water everywhere. Couldnt find a single area with good water. The bass aren't on their beds right now. Only caught one female crappie and she did have eggs but i think they are still a week or two from full out spawning.

i'm going friday. hope i can find some good water. it'll be my first time there, though. i hope it's good.

i think i'm gonna stick with my old tried and true: blueback crankbait, red shad worms and green crawfish. i might try a stickbait if i get desperate.

Watermelon/red baby brush hog, blue/chart/wht humdinger spinnerbait, something to punch with and a fluke.

Going Saturday, plan on drifting the duck ponds and flipping the cattails sight fishing. I'm going to make them bitches eat. Well that's my plan anyway.

Add in a junebug speed craw or sweet beaver and that is my year-round go to arsenal for out there.
