Lol. Try 75k worth of deer hunters. Around 150 leases. Brings in least amount of revenue biggest amount of pain in the arse.

I hear you. But, a good thing about leasing is most of those lessees (I would think) will alert of trespassing, adverse possession, over cuts etc. We have hell with people dumping shite and trespassing.

is he a PETA member, or does he covet your lease? Lotsa folks are jelly of being deprived of their former hunting spots, once someone else outbids them.
