Doc those + and - always threw for me a loop as well.
I think + means positive (good) and a - means negative (bad).

Let me see if I can break this down for you tards:
The Robersons are making money and paying taxes.
The overall fiscal impact on the state is negative. Overall, the state loses about $170M per year in direct revenue due to the entertainment tax credits. Duck Dynasty is not "overall."
