If you can swing it go diesel and don't look back. Night and day pulling with a diesel over a gas truck.

Rightfully so. Did you see the Top Gear episode where they towed the 747? I mean a Yota may be able to tow a space shuttle but if it cant tow a plane, no thanks!

The Ecoboost won that challenge, btw.

I fapped after that episode

I would really like to see what caused the one guys injury though

For anybody who's curious, the difference in curb weight of a chevrolet 2500hd 4x4 single cab gasser and a ford F250 4x4 single cab gasser is about 400 pounds with the ford begin heavier

shite son, your little 3.5 would pee itself trying to keep up with its big daddy.

But yeah, it was one of the better goofy episodes.

Courtesy Ford in Breaux Bridge is taking 15k off on all remaining 13 F250's, doesn't matter trim level. That's the best deal around right now.

That 6.7 is about as quiet a diesel as there is.

Sucks, huh. I want to smell and hear my diesels before I even see them.

The for-250 hader will have he worst resale value of the three, so I would rule that one out.

I'd probably go with the F150....that's a killer deal for a good truck. Should be more than enough truck to pull a travel trailer.

Nothing like trying to get a kid a happy meal in an old diesel

"may I take your order?"

"rararararararararararahamburgrararararara"

"Could you please turn off your engine"

"RARARARAWHA?RARARARARA"

We got to talking about diesels and he said he was a diesel mechanic and wouldnt own any of the new generations

When you buy a Ford diesel, make sure your concealed carry lawyer also handles redhibition.

Absolutely no reason you should get the diesel. Anyone who says otherwise has not owned a diesel. It is more of a PITA than anything unless you tow everyday or tow heavy trailers sometimes

F150 or 250 gas

oh yeah, guess i did know that. I bought one, the sumbitch still hasn't seen a shop, except to bend my bumper back semi-straight after I backed into (rather briskly) a big arse sign.

What he said.

My company runs a huge fleet of F-250 gas burners. After checking with our fleet manager and working some numbers, gas is the way to go. Unless you plan on doing alot of HEAVY hauling. I snatch on to a 4x4 60HP tractor on a goose neck and tow bobcats and mini-excavators with mine. It never looks back...

Just passing along what I've read on some F-150 forums. It's hard to pass up 800ft-lb of torque from the 6.7.

of course my wife doing 90mph in 4 wheel drive probably had nothing to do with it.
