Kind of like that softball bat I let someone borrow 5 years ago. This thread reminded me of who has it

That's one hell of an assumption to make based on this thread alone, don't you think?

He's obviously offended that he has to bring back things that don't belong to him. He actually thinks of it as his property, if they would just go ahead and move on to the next life. However, if they're not going to do that anytime soon, they can afford to buy a new one, so why are they busting his chops about something he needs? I didn't say he was a monster, just spoiled and entitled.

Common among the 15 to 30 crowd.

you are pretty quick to judge and call me entitled based off of 1 thread topic..

i love that you keep coming back. Shows you're not about to take this kind of abuse sitting down.

This thread did not go as planned for the OP ( ), but I can assure you that he is neither of the above. He's good people as far as I'm concerned, but I can see how this can clearly be misconstrued to look unfavorably upon the OP. Some things are best kept to yourself

I was quick to judge, probably. I should not have suggested he wanted his parents dead - that was more of an O-T instinct, and, for that, I apologize. I truly hope our collective responses will make him rethink his position on this.

I stand by my initial assessment that he is being spoiled and entitled, at least in this area. Perhaps he can realize it and rise above it.

Well, that too, but I was talking about the OP starting this thread

He is not the bad guy. Just the person that once you break out their stuff to use they all the sudden need it

Thread went better in my head

No - I totally got that, but we've beaten up on him enough. I recognized that you think he should have kept quiet (and I agree) - I just wanted to point out where I had failed to maintain a sense of decorum as well.
