Yes, brick house, early 90's construction. Looks like I need to start outside with the outlets. I will install new ones and seal this evening.

you don't need new outlets outside bro. water is just running down teh brick cause caulking has weathered.

I am not an electrician.
the GFCI plug is on the same circuit as the other plugs so the whole line is being protected by the one GFCI outlet. sounds like it is faulty or you have a bad ground on that circuit. the easiest fix is to change that GFCI with another one. If that doesn't fix it then you have something resisting on the line. for that you need an electrician.
the best thing though is to run a new line for the freezer so you won't come back from a vacation and have a stinky mess.

yes happened to me at rental house, she called me and had same exact issue. Went out there with hose, sprayed brick,... tripped in seconds... recaulked no problem since.

Please watch a video on what a GFCI is and use them always. I know of one teenager(would be 40 something now) that would be alive if a $15 plugin GFCI was used.

The GFCI in garage is their for code purposes, i would reinstall the GFCI one that beeps when it trips.

GFI outlets do go bad from time to time. Might as well switch the sum bitch out and see if it works. If it doesn't, bring in it back for a regular one. If that doesn't work, there could be a short, or the breaker could be bad.

My Xmas lights make my garage gfi trip every year. I probably need to relocate the plug during the holidays or I will lose meat.

Or find the bad string of lights, throw them away and not get fried.
