Lawfully in Texas... This dude basically takes the two officers to school, and it's glorious. Try not to get angry.

Police dashcam footage of the arrest of Army Master Sergeant CJ Grisham has surfaced, and reveals how dangerously close the decorated veteran came to losing his life in an altercation with Temple, Texas police officers.
In a disgusting and illegal stop these tyrants harass and unlawfully detain a man and nearly escalate the situation to violence for responding to a sheepish 911 call of someone who saw this man with a gun and got scared.

Do some research on this guy before you blindly bash the officers. From what I've read he sounds like he's full of the derp

Doesn't change the fact that those cops are pieces of shite and a danger to a free America.

I think that's going a bit overboard, but I do think they could've handled the situation better. Fwiw a jury saw it fit to convict this guy of a crime.

Nothing I saw on that video gave the initial officer the right to do what he did. POS.

I've been on juries. I'm unimpressed. Our CJ system scares the frick out of me

I should probably state I'm 100% for gun rights, my only point is this particular guy shouldn't be the poster boy we use to support that right. IMO, people who act like him hurt the cause more than help it. Read the link a posted and you'll find out that guy is a grade A attention seeker IMO.

What did he do to deserve the treatment he was initially given? I don't care who it was, I don't want LEO's doing that to the public.

Seeking attention is not breaking the law. If it was Kim Kardasian or Miley Cyrus would have already gotten the death penalty. This guy broke no law. frick the police.

In theory I agree, but the courts obviously do not agree since he was convicted of a crime

He was arrested for the simple fact that if they didn't arrest him, they had to let him go. No way were those cops going to let that guy "win."

Eh, what he did could probably be considered a crime, but it shouldn't have got to that because the cop should not have walked up and grabbed the guy's gun.

We'll see as the appeals work out.

It's not overboard, that cop was acting like a jack booted thug not a public servant and I have little tolerance for fascism whether its wearing a swastika or a badge with "Police" written on it.
And the fricking fact that a jury sided with the cops only shows how far toward lemminghood our society has gone.
And I don't give a rats arse about Grisham personally.

This country is in some serious, serious trouble. That fat arse cop had no right to walk up to him and grab him and the gun like that. Guess he thinks he is a tx ranger and its still the wild west. I would be so embarrassed and ashamed to tell people my profession if I was some fat frick cop like that. Hopefully this makes it all the way to the supreme court but I'm sure it won't. Some heads need to roll and department needs the shite sued out of it.
