What are my options of getting this fixed?

Do people get them recovered, but some kind of aftermarket cover, or get a new seat?

I bought an aftermarket one on amazon. Was easy to put on with a staple gun

How old is the bike?

Not sure about the cost but there are some upholstery places near Laffy. I recently called inquiring about boat seats.

I have used those neoprene ones, but IMHO, duct tape works the best. The neoprene ones just slide all over the place

Use spray adhesive on the underside before you staple

I've had a neoprene cover on mine for a few years now. I like it. Bought it on E-bay.
