Just shot a coyote, did I screw up my hunt? He was chasing 2 does had too shot him. Should I move stands?

Not necessarily. I've shot more than one deer on same hunt several times.

I wouldn't move if that's the stand you want to hunt. It want mess up your hunt.

Same here. Last day of the season last year, one doe comes out and I laid her down. Less than 5 minutes later, 2 more does came out the same spot the dead doe was laying.

NO dont shoot coyotes, they are in nature to keep its balance. Let those cuddly creatures be!

Last year I killed a coyote and not 3 minutes later a 9 pt walked out onto the line. Killed him too.

also, stay hunting. My buddy killed a 9point in november, sit in stand because 3 of us was hunting together and he shot early. So he was giving us time to hunt, 20min later a 7point comes out and sniffs the buck on the ground

Don't move. My bud shot a doe at 7:00 Sunday, then I shot one at 7:15 less than 500 yards away. Facing the opposite direction of course.
