My grandpa used to have some. He swore by donkeys running off predators and scratching a bull's butt everyday. Not sure what the scratching the bull's hiney was for, to tame him down when we were out in the pasture or to stimulate him for quality breeding... IDK?

I don't think the coyotes moved last night but got 4 coons and this guy. The pics are trap placement and blending and blocking. The target was coyote using a gland scent in the hole but anywayhope this helps.

Yeah you can buy it pretty easy on ebay. Its pretty cheap and only takes a couple drops in the hole and one or two on the edge.

Nobody mentioned fishing for them?

Take a line with a leader

Hang a treble hook from a tree

put piece of chicken on hook

set height where he's got to stand on hind legs to get up to it.

Come back later and admire your dead coyote.

Sorry it took so long to respond. For scent control I just use plastic gloves like you use to shuck oysters. As for lures and scents these are what I am using right now Will call bobcats fox and yotes and just for coyotes coyote matrix and coyote 4 dead runner. As for snaring I don't do very much of it anymore. Was never real good at it anyways

This girl, couple coons, a possum and more field rats in DP's than I know what to do with. I'll try to snap some pics of sets in the next day or two just so you have more examples. Are you in timber or mostly farm land.

Nice one I trap in both but right now mostly farm land. I didn't know cats were so high right now til today so I will be moving into some timber areas to target them. Also gonna set up on some more coons cause they are pretty high right now too.

A guy I know with a cattle ranch used to set foothold traps around his sick or dead cattle and always catch several at a time.

Our cats don't get prime for another couple of weeks. Right now I'm just trying to catch possum and coons mostly since they are ready. Dropped a few beaver/otter sets today. Hope that will start producing soon.
