What makes the best seat in a boat? How do you attach snaps?

I have the Igloo all terrain 165qt in the back of my boat. I didn't really need anything that big but it was the only one with a trap door and a ruler molded in. Takes two to lift when full but the wheel kit makes moving it on most surfaces a one man job.

I believe igloo marines have spots on them to attach snaps and they sell a seat made for it.

The yeti seats look good, but just the seat is like $150, not to mention the $500 ice chest
