As most of you know after 29 years in this cold world, last season I did the eye test after I missed a few ducks at a comically close range and found that I have been shooting at thin air.

I dont have time to learn how to shoot left handed and all that shite before this season starts as I planned.

Do I just need to remember to put a 2 foot lead on everything?

Wear an eye patch over your left eye.

before I learned to shoot left handed, I wore an eye patch

then I learned to shoot left handed and then I learned to control my left eye

so now I can shoot with both hands comfortably...really comes in handy

I can't wink with my left eye...I have to really focus and think about it

Sounds like an excuse for shite shooter.

J/K bud. My wife has same issue but since she hasn't shot much before we were married, it wasn't hard to teach her to shoot left handed.

Lost vision in my right eye in fishing accident one summer . Shot the shite out of animals left handed all that fall. It's very easy to learn . Suck it up.

Was looking into that and came across this discussion which is pretty good info on the issue as well as the product. Ref: cross eye dominance vs weak dominant eye. LINK

I'm left eye dominant but shoot right handed too. I had to train myself to close only my left eye. I shoot pistols and rifles fine, but I can't really shoot a moving target for shite. shooting clays has helped me tremendously though. Other than that I have no real advice except to say it sucks. Lol

I did the patch when I started to shoot a bow, and like Salmon said I can shut either eye I want/need to. The more you practice or wear the patch the easier it will be.

If you're left eye dominant just make the change; IT WON'T TAKE THAT LONG TO GET USED TO IT!! I do everything right-handed but shoot a long gun; I'm left eye dominant.

glasses and a piece of scotch tape over the left eye (will still allow light through but your right eye will be all that sees target)

On the flip side, might be a good time to switch, i cannot think of a better motivator to learn than missing real birds.

Dove season is 3.5 weeks away boys!
