Just got an email from Smith and Wesson apologizing for the delay on rebate. Said it will be finalized and to me by July 31st. System was overwhelmed by the number of rebates.

Ya, tried about every combo you could.
When I submitted it again, I got that email that says they are sorry or whatever.
Not really mad or upset that its taking long, its the lack of confirmation email and the website not updating showing that it was received.
Either one of those and I'd just be patiently waiting.

I will say it doesn't look like a check at all. Not in a envelope you would traditionally see a check in. It's a tiny perforated check thing and it's very oddly shapes almost square. I couldn't get my banking app to recognize it I had to actually drive to the bank to deposit it.
