Saw this on the S&W forums. Doesn't work if I put my phone number in, for me it only works if I put my last name and zip code in. Guess you can try it both ways. With no email confirmation it's good to see my information was received and my submission is valid.

All it shows is a $3 rebate my cousin got in 2006. Doesn't show mine. Applied for it about 3 weeks ago. When did ya'll apply for yalls?

Wife's is there...I wonder how long it's gonna take. We got hers in April (4/23/2017 to be exact). 2 months? And hers says "Valid Submission Received" too...
