No problem, best sausage I've ever had made

Freezer is stuffed, and I'm sitting in stand right now.

I am gonna shoot a doe just to use em again, unless my pops wants it.

I have always used same place and I like their products, just looking for a new place to take a deer today or tomorrow.
Anywhere within an hour of Ellick that does a great job?

Update: picked up from TRax today. Just had some reg smoked and some Jsck Millers fresh sausage. They were very very good. The Jack Millers sausage was amazing.

Packaged very well, labels on everything. Got back in just a few days.

So thanks on the rec, will be using for more deer in future

I live in cottonport. So T-Jims is my default go to for sausage. Brought a whole doe to him and 50% regular sausage and 50% green onion sausage. It turned out really great. Three to four day turn around. Just had a buck diced and tenderized last week there also.

So any of ya'll do deer balogna? My wife is from PA, and every deer they shoot they turn into balogna, or sausage that is basically smaller balogna.

I've never seen it in the south. We've had the conversation a few times, and they are always surprised that I haven't heard of anyone down here doing it.

Then again, their grocery stores carry 25 kinds of unsliced balogna like Publix carries unsliced ham and turkey in the delivery section.
