Two O'clock Bayou
Near Krotch Springs? Seems like that would have been navigable in 1812, but who knows? So few accurate maps from back then, especially in the middle of nowhere like that. Just look at the LA/MS state lines on Davis Island. Doesn't match any of the old maps, or reality for that matter. Not possible for river to flow like that. Lines that were supposedly established in 1812 probably not really set until late 1800s. US GLO Surveys not really begun all over state until 1830s and 1840s.

I was referring to the case in which the court set out the factors to determine whether a stream was navigable or not. I believe one of the parties was two o'clock bayou land co.

did you see your email from 34?
I did, but trout bandit or yourself will have to go instead of me. I can't support the netting hanging, feed lot feeding, pond warming looking out for only the rich guy organization that is DU. And I have a tourney next weekend.

I was in law enforcement. If a landowner called about someone trespassing on a natural navigable waterway, i could do nothing.
One jerkoff tried to tell me i couldnt pass down the bayou. He got locked up and prosecuted for interfering with duties of an officer and resisting arrest.
