I made a quick sketch of a method I saw the last time we were camping. I haven't tried it myself but thought it was an interesting concept and seemed to work well. He was using what appeared to be 2x8 boards.

I have seen others do this before and it worked. I have also used the orange blocks before to get up fairly high. you just have to do some work for it. Meaning build up 3 farther back than you want to be. Back onto the 3. Bridge up to the 5 in the spot you want to be. So you have to go back and forth a couple times (TWSS). It takes a few minutes but works.

I figure this is what I will have to do if my "use the chock as a ramp" plan fails.

It will be worth it. Camping is always a great time. Where are you headed?

Indian Creek in Woodworth La. Camper stays there every october. Just having trouble with this one pad. It's the least level in the whole park. It really needs to be torn out and replaced. I had the same spot in 2009, but I had my handy as hell FIL there to help me level. He had all sorts of wood pieces. All i did was drive, so not sure how he did it.

if this is a one time thing you got to do, use your bottle jack man, i'd be fine. Point of contact is the actual round axle underneath, the bottle next top is v shaped, you'll be fine. cranks up easy squeezy man, just thow boards and shite underneath.

Relocate from the your current mountainous site to New Orleans. Problem solved.
