i clean mine with salt and never had a problem. i clean my wooden cutting boards the same way

My MIL gave us a cut off piece of hers. My wife painted their last name and Est. and painted some pant yard animals on it and we gave it to them as a gift. They have it by their front door.

I'll add some suggestions.

Side tables.
Dartboard backer.
Coffee table.

A BGE table would be legit.
