Bretta a400 xtrem plus new vs benelli vs browning

Hello everybody,
I would like to have your opinions on some shotguns,
Im about to buy a 12 semiautomatic shotgun...too many choices:)
The shotgun will be used mainly for boar, and dove.
Here is the list of shotguns that im focusing on :
1-Beretta a400 xtrem plus
2-Benelli SBE3
3-Benelli be diamond
4-Benelli m2
5-Browning a5(new)
6-Browning maxus
Expect the fact that one is gaz and the other is inertie,
I would like to know witch one would you choose :)
Personally i would go with the gaz so the beretta or maxus, because at same clean statu, the gaz is way better than inertie ( recoil and stability) but i could change my mind for inertie too, it has better endurance and with the new recoil systemes that benelli provides, gaz and inertie recoil could be quit similar.
But for performance, durability, and stability witch one would be the better?

Edit: i will shoot 3" and less, since the 3" 1/2 is rare in my country, and most of the new guns are 3" 1/2 chambred, i hope it will not affect the performance

Pigs and high volume bird shooting are two different things all together. Look at which one is lightest and has the option for a second, rifled slug barrel with a bayonet scope rail. If you get a gas gun, your shoulder may thank you after an all-day bird shoot.

fwiw, I shoot a 18 year old browning gold stalker 3 1/2" 28in barrel. I shoot anywhere from 3-6 cases a year out of it. Its gas operated
pro's: very little recoil, easy to clean, well balanced, well patterned, sentimental value (my grandfathers purchased it for me)
con's: doesn't eject all (but most) low brass shells, since day 1 it has MAYBE ejected 45% of the 3 1/2 shells shot through it (very disappointing, I bought the 3 1/2 option for the occasional goose shot and it has been a huge letdown in this regard)

It should come down to what recoil system you prefer and then the fit of the gun.
The great thing about all those guns you listed is that they all have an adjustable stock for cast.
I have two Benelli’s
The SBE2 and the Super Vinci
I prefer the blowback recoil system. Just what I like but that has to be your decision.

I've been a hardcore Benelli guy for all of my life, but the A400 Xtreme Plus is the best shotgun on the market right now. the amount of features you get at that price point is unreal.
That goes doubly for you if you will be using it a lot in Argentina. if you want inertia instead, the M2 will serve you better there as well. As a general rule, 3.5" inertia guns struggle with lighter loads, so I'd go M2 over SBE3 there.

I'm guessing you live in Europe given your writing and the fact that you can purchase a Diamond. How on earth did you find this board?

The slug barrel, is one of my options, i will buy 2, the 71 or 76 and the slug for pigs. But i would like to ask something, is the 66 one on the beretta considered as a slug? or it is a shorter barrel?

I just bought a new Maxus 3 1/2" 28" Bbl Wicked Wings Edition. Haven't shot it yet, but I will use it mainly for ducks. Seemed like the best option, I prefer Brownings, by the way.

Just to throw out one more option, consider the Benelli Vinci.
I have also been a Benelli shooter for many years. The Beretta autos just never fit me well, but I love their over/unders.
I shot SBE's for years. Love the gun. I bought a Vinci to use as a gun for guests who visited without their own shotgun. After using it myself, the ease of cleaning it, the reliability, and the soft shooting, it's become my new favorite for ducks.
I don't shoot a 12 ga in Argentina for dove. A 20 ga is more than sufficient. Interestingly, I prefer an over/under. While this certainly isn't the popular choice and, it's true, a over/under is harder shooting, I found that shoulder fatigue wasn't nearly as big an issue as my hands being worn out from reloading an automatic.

The Browning Gold will struggle with 3.5" as the spring fatigues. Replacing the spring only costs $15 from Midwest Gun Works and can be done with only a deep socket and a phillips screwdriver. The hardest part is getting the new spring in the tube, and the only trick to keep in mind is to make sure that the stock is square and not tight against the trigger mechanism when you put it back together. The gun will likely eat 3.5" shells with no problem for several year before it needs replacing again.
