what is the best product(s) to use on my boat's trailer tires and rims to get them looking "spiffy"? they ain't the pretty, shiny, fancy type, just brushed dull looking galvanized. there has been a few greasy hands put on them.
i tried plain soap and water with a scrub brush but only ended up with a greased up scrub brush.
with the crap weather predicted i figured i would kill some time this weekend working on this.

Mine slings grease out, I clean it with gasoline, galvanized rims.

1) degrease them good
2) get rubber end caps
3) plastidip
