Big green egg parts

So I got the bottom and top of a large big green egg for free from a friend. The problem is, it has no hardware. I am into it for zero dollars right now, so I was hoping to find some used parts. I called a few dealers in the houston area and they said they didn't keep any of the old parts in stock. Does anybody have any ideas on how I could get some used hardware? It looks like ordering the parts may cost nearly as much as the whole grill. TIA.

Uhhh.. Why dont you spend a little money and make it usable? If you are looking to spend $4 on parts, your prob not going to have luck and prob shouldn't be trying to use a big green egg. Nut up and spend some money.

Thanks for the advice? I don't mind spending some money I was just curious if someone had a creative solution to not have to spend 700 dollars on parts to make this thing usable.
