I like all of Days stuff except the deer sausage. A friend of mine had one done there last year and it just tasted "off". Not sure what it was but didn't care for it at all. Your taste buds may vary.
I do LOVE Vine Bros in Centreville Ms. They have been doing it a long time and have it down pat.

Nowhere near BR, but Mrs. Worrell's best in Utica, MS. 3 hours 1 way, and I gladly pass up every processor near to here. Buddy of mine turned me onto them a few years back. does no good to say how much I like it, or you would. Everyone likes the place they use. I can tell you I had to bring deer for 9 different people who have tried it last time I went.

Another vote for Bergeron's. I haven't had any better.

Same here. After a "processor" let my deer rot in his cooler I had to find some place else. Bergeron's was suggested and I have been thoroughly pleased. Vine's is also a good place but with the proximity of Bergeron's to BR it's hard to pass up.

Day's in Watson does a great job, have used them since they opened and not once had bad sausage from them.I take 3-4 deer to them every year and have one i'm taking in today.Their cajun smoke sausage is what i mostly get and it's always good and always consistent in the way it taste that's the main reason i use them.
