WD40!!!!

True story. I have a buddy that was told WD40 will keep gnats off of you. So one April morning we went fishing out of Dularge and before leaving I saw him spraying WD40 on his arms and legs. I asked why WTF are you doing and he explained how he heard it keeps gnats off. Well after the sun came up and it got got he began to burn. He had to jump in the water to try to get all the WD40 off. He said it felt like his skin was on fire. We had to cut our trip short. He did say he was not bitten by a single gnat.

Later I asked him who told him that and he said he read it on the internet but did not remember where. I still laugh at him because of that day.

Cigar smoke is the best - I also use bounce dryer sheets and have had good success in the past

Heading to Dulac this weekend Maybe I get to try my dryer sheets again

I've always used Off, but that doesn't seem to work much. Any other suggestions?
