Beretta A400 Xplor Unico Kickoff - Used Price?

LGS has the above listed shotgun in good condition for $999.90 (with box and chokes). Friend that works there said the previous owner traded it b/c it rubbed a constant blister on his middle finger from the trigger guard. He said he'd work with me on the price.... Is it worth $900-$950?

Said he's got to have the $999.90 plus tax for it, which makes it an $1100 used shotgun. Does this change anyone's mind about the purchase?

its gonna be 1400+ new, so i wouldnt hesitate too much assuming all the parts are there and its looks pretty much like new
eta: the xplor unico is the wood stock version isn't it?
not sure how much those run, i was referring to the xtreme, which is the synthetic...but i still think its a good deal

Yeah they go for 1600-1650. If it looked new, I'd get it. I was under the impression that they had a shot counter on the higher end berettas, but not sure exactly if it's like an odometer or resettable for clays.

It looked good. It was dirty, but looked good. It had not been abused.when I say dirty I mean some mud in some of the indentations on the stock and forearm.
