So has anyone been catching sacalait in the Bayou Black area?

Hit or miss big time.. One day catch 87 next day catch 4. Same spot, same bait. Outside grass beds have been the best.

In related news I saw a fat stringer of Black Bayou white perch yesterday. Apparently it's on there and Poverty Point

Not sure what that front did to them, but I will more than likely be there tomorrow too....if all else fails, the bass rigs will be in rod box on standby.
