Yea or nea? Got mine today and while dryfiring it, it does not seem the trigger is that smooth.

yea. all the ones i have felt feel very smooth and crisp. I've been planning on getting one for my M&P for a while, the M&P triggers are garbage.

I'd like some trigger work done on my pistol, but I can't find anyone close that I trust. The reputable people online coast $365, and that's before shipping...which is $100. Throw in sight work and we're ~$700. frick it, I'll just keep dry firing it.

Just buy the trigger kit. There's no reason to have a bunch of trigger work done on a modern striker-fired gun since most of them can be improved significantly with a trigger kit.

If you live near BR I'll do the trigger kit and sight change for you for much less than $700. I'll do it for a reasonable $500!

I have a hammer fired HK with an LEM trigger. It's a V2 that I want V1, just lighten up trigger a bit, FPB and TR springs and I want the Combat Defense Action installed, which reduces the trigger pre travel by 1/3. The latter is currently back ordered on HKParts, LINK, but I'll pick it up if it ever comes back up for sale.

I like Hennie straight 8 sights, but they don make them for my gun, probably just try to mimic that somehow.

These guys are high... Grey...one day though.

Here's a thought. I recently started a thread asking about the Apex hard sear for MP pistols because I wanted to lighten my trigger pull.

Noticed that the $40.00 hard sear is just a stock sear with a flat face instead of a "notched" face. I filed the notch off of my stock sear and I achieved what I wanted to.

Trigger is lighter and a bit smoother due to the buffed sear faces.

The way the lower half of the trigger pivots is such a piss poor design.

Yay. Actually hell yeah.

Trigger is so much better with the Apex kit.

The only hard part about replacing it is removing the rear sight.

the "gritty" feel as you pull the trigger is the seer friction, the long pull of the trigger to a more natural short pull to fire is what the apex trigger will fix.

to fix both issues, as everyone who buys one does, is you need to get get the apex trigger with forward set seer kit LINK
