Wasn't going to but went and whacked 24 lbs yesterday. Think we will go give em a shot next Saturday.

My dad called and asked me yesterday but I'm already signed up for another tourney with one of my buddies. You catch em deep or shallow?

My dad caught 13 pounds with 3 fish yesterday, all shallow. He was on the north end though.

Went yesterday and caught 5 pretty good fish. Started at 1215 but very little grass. Ended up flipping shallow bushes. Water temps 53-55

Yeah there's not much grass other than the very south end. We have to launch at big bass next Saturday, so I don't know where we're gonna fish.

What are people finding? Hydrilla? Millfoil? Mix?

Good question I haven't been down there. Our camp is in San Miguel and I've been fishing the north end. I just know from the reports of other people that there is still grass down there. My guess is mostly hydrilla but not sure.

Just got an invite for Saturday. Arranged for yard leave. Not sure what we will be doing.

I plan to fish it again this year. I was lucky enough to receive a Top 5 finish last year on Toledo.

If you see 2 guys in a skeeter with dual power poles, stop by and say hello.

There will only be about 50 of those.

That's like saying if you see a white F-250 in Lafayette, come say hello.

My bad. I'll be in a Blue and black 20 foot skeeter. Dual black power poles.

Most people only have 1 power pole.

How do you like it? I'm about to buy a brand new one. I was gonna get the ZX225, but a buddy says the ride is way better in the 250 so I may pay a little more and get that.

My 2015 rides great. I was leaning towards a 225 as well. when all the final numbers came in from my factory builds I decided to go with the 250. Every time I put my foot down to the floor my wife's pussy melts. She loves fast bass boats as much as any man.

Sweet I'm most likely going with the 250. Only thing I'm adding to it is another power pole. I love everything those come with from the factory now.

You should go to Kilgore and view the factory. I stopped in multiple times during the build process. Ask for Bruce, tell him you are a member on tigerdroppings. He will hook you up with free gear even if you haven't bought a boat from them.
