Put the bamboo at all different angles and fill the bucket with quickset sacrete. Toss over the side in a creek channel or under a bridge.

Tell me why this won't work. Plus the bamboo should help greatly with getting hung because it's smooth and hard.

Hooks could snag in the bamboo especially when it's water logged. Won't do that in PVC

Because you ain't the first to figure out that white sacauperch like bamboo chief. This is the go-to for planting brush piles on bigger lakes, and it led to charges for a couple guys last week when one guy decided to fish another guy's pile he had put out and one of those guys had a gun.

Ah, sorry didn't see that post

He's referring to a thread that was on here maybe last week.
A guide rolled up on a guy that was fishing "his (the guide's) pile". The guide showed his arse the guy fishing pull a gun on the guide.

I like willow trees better than anything else that I have found...they hold their leaves under water a lot longer.

Wow, I can see how that might piss a fella off. Kinda like someone running your trotline.

I plan on using bamboo because I have an endless supply of it. How long does it take them to start holding fish?
