anyone buy a ruger pistol recently? (no bag included)

Picked up a mark 4 yesterday and it wasn't sent with a bag. Just a cardboard box with a small foam insert to cushion the top with sights.
Anyone else run across this? In the past they included a small bag. Just going to have to look on midway and see what I can find

It usually depends on the model. I know on some of their budget guns they don't include a bag but with others they do. Check with Ruger first - they may send you a free bag if they meant to pack one with that model.

Do you happen to know if the SR1911s come with them Bapple? Shot the model# 6736 at a range the other day and it was very nice, hard to keep from ordering one

Surprised to hear they don't all come with them from the posters above me. But the SR1911 is an excellent gun as most any poster here can attest.

Yep I love it. First and only 1911 but I enjoy it every time bag or not.

I hate the needless cases and bags, I usually chuck them as soon as I get home. They are just space eaters to me.

bought the ol lady a ruger LC9S did not come with a bag
