So stoked for this event, starting to put the final touches on the mega trucks, with the exception of one that's needs to be hit hard in the next two weeks to make it there.

It only lasts a few days. I'd need at least a week and a half for that one.

I wouldn't mind watching people tear their shite up if I could find a safe place to watch it happen.

We're taking two Chevys, an 82 jeep and a few more 4wheelers and a ranger.

So serious question: what's the purpose for jacking them up so high when your ground clearance is only as high as your axle? Just for fun and looks?

They're not rock crawlers, and you can put those axles in deep mud. The tires and motor/tranny get the focus, the suspension is mostly about the view and keeping the motor from going under water.

If you're asking what I think you're asking then yeah, it's definitely not a kids event. Lol

A buddy of mine owns and drives the The Patriot drag truck. I wish I was home to go.

I come in the week after. I missed them all this year. Last year I took my kids to the MTM in Negreet. They loved it.

Yeah, I thoght that was the one that I heard advertised on the radio here...

Fwiw, if you keep your eyes open, you might see Brett Favre wandering around there, as that is where he lives...
