Do I believe that crazy people will react to Hillary being elected by hoarding ammo, thereby creating a situation where normal thinking, stable humans can't get ammo to go shooting.

Yes 100%
Unfortunately, I agree..... That (and changing production lines to respond to market demands from the craziness) is the REAL source of ammo "shortages."

I have noticed that dealers have been pushing ammo a little more assertively in the recent email ads that I receive from them.

Damn it must be nice to be in the ammo business. I can't think of any other customers base that is more perfect for paranoid Internet rumors than paranoid gun nuts. They can float any rumor and it will cause a surge of buying. Must be nice.

I'm stocked up probably 5 years deep with regular hunting caliber center fires and probably 3 years deep for shotgun rounds rotating it as much as possible oldest first of course.... I have enough of the 1400 rd .22 buckets from Remington and 500 rd bricks that I had to reinforce the floor under them in my shed. let the "shortage" begin i'm ready to sale at .15 a round again. Ill never disclose the amount of 7.62, .223, and 5.56 I have them stock piled and scattered at the house, camp, relatives, friends, truck, boat you name it. Shortages help me rotate to fresher ammo in my stock and make money for more toys. If I can help spread the false fear lets do it!!

I have enough ammo to enable me to ambush a hoarder and then steal his if needed. I'm ready.

agreed. Scare everyone into thinking it's the cool thing to do has worked for the government for decades. Fear drives the US economy like no other commodity and that's a fact. I have just learned to buy low and sale on the high fear too. Don't hate the player hate the game so to speak

After SH and the craziness that ensued I've been pretty dilligent about picking up a box of various ammo each time I go to Walmart. I'm no hoarder but I try to keep ~ 1000 rounds of .223/9/.45 at all times and some steel for SHTF.

The thing I'm most worried about is some sort of Executive Order limiting certain products. I've stocked up on scary mags and plan to buy a case of M855 before the fall.

we have cases of GG&G 62gr steel core on sale for $300, which is way below cost. It's a high quality, Lithuanian-made, brass-cased version of 855. Come get it now. We have guys that come and get a case a week. Comes in 50 20-round boxes in a metal ammo can. Tough to beat that price

Its like this. If Obama gets to appoint a new SCOTUS judge, there will be a run on ammo and guns. If a dem is elected to POTUS, there will be a run on guns and ammo. I gurantee if one of those happen, expect a liberal enclave to file a suit whether a ban or sue a gun manufacturer will follow. Expect a 5 to 4 decision against the 2A.

That paranoia might have to do with the reality that democrats are constantly attacking gun rights at every turn. Of course a dishonest liberal like yourself supports those restrictions. Why don't you tell us whats not to worry about.

That's a hell of a deal. Busy this weekend but if you've still got it in stock next week, I'll stop by.
